Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant – Salary circa £32,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised and making sure everything runs smoothly?
This role could suit someone with a background in administration or office support who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You might have experience supporting a senior leader, or perhaps you’re looking to build on your existing admin skills in a new environment. If you’re proactive, detail-focused and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity.
A bit about the job
You’ll be supporting a number of key teams by helping things run efficiently behind the scenes. From managing diaries and organising meetings, to booking travel and keeping records up to date - your role will make a real difference. You’ll work closely with a senior leader and support the wider business by helping us stay organised, consistent, and on track. The work you do will contribute directly to how well our operations run, both internally and in how we present ourselves externally.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Proactive approach with sound judgement - able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and seek guidance when appropriate
Experience working within a large organisation or across multiple teams would be beneficial
