A bit about the job

You’ll help shape and deliver the AI and ML capabilities that power decision‑making across Aviva. Working closely with change delivery teams, you’ll develop and support best‑in‑class ML solutions that align to our enterprise toolset and strategic goals.

You’ll bring technical expertise and a solution‑focused mindset to improve how we build, deploy and run AI/ML models. And because this work spans CIO, COO and our markets, you’ll collaborate widely — helping teams adopt new features, strengthen our capabilities, and unlock more value from our platforms.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Experience working with AI/ML platforms or tools such as Dataiku, Snowflake (Cortex, ML), Amazon Bedrock, or Posit

• Practical experience in Python and R

• Understanding of Deep Learning, Large Language Models and Agentic AI

• Experience supporting or developing MLOps or AIOps practices

• Ability to work with stakeholders, build strong relationships and help teams adopt new capabilities

• Salary: Circa £60000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
