Location: Norwich, Bristol, York, Sheffield, Eastleigh, Manchester or Birmingham based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £50,000

A bit about the job:
You’ll join our Balance Sheet Reconciliations team, helping us keep financial reporting accurate and reliable. Your role is all about reviewing reconciliations, spotting improvements, and making sure we meet compliance standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance to design better processes and support audits. This is a chance to make a real impact on how we manage financial controls and deliver quality outcomes.
Please note that this role will require regular travel to our Norwich office (1-2 times per quarter) if not Norwich based.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Fully or part-qualified accountant
- Strong understanding of financial controls and reconciliation processes
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports
- Confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements
- Great communication and attention to detail
