Broker Development Consultant 

Location: Dublin OPP office (We are open to applications from Cork or Galway)

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Be the main point of contact for your assigned intermediary accounts, building strong, steady relationships that help brokers feel supported. 

  • Spot opportunities to grow our presence — from expanding product uptake to deepening trust with existing partners. 

  • Use data and insights to understand how accounts are performing and shape targeted actions that make a difference. 

  • Make sure every recommendation and interaction stays aligned to regulations and Aviva standards. 

  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless broker support and quick issue resolution 

Skills & Experience 

  • Great organisational skills — comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying ahead of deadlines. 

  • Strong communicator with natural relationship building skills. 

  • Confident using data to spot trends and guide decisions. 

  • Experience working in financial services, ideally Life & Pensions. 

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to life assurance and pension products.
