Location: Eastleigh based (50% hybrid working)
Starting salary: £26,700 - 35 hours

A bit about the job:
You’ll help make sure our policyholders receive their claims payments quickly and accurately – meeting our service and quality standards. You’ll process invoices in line with our contracts and guidelines, and follow up with customers or providers when needed. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your ideas for improving how we work will be welcomed and valued.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of bill payment processes, fraud and impacting legislation preferable
Medical knowledge/PMI claims understanding would be advantageous but is not essential
Flexible in style/responsive to situations, with the ability to work under pressure, and manage own time
Feed ideas for process improvements to Team Manager to support continuous improvement and share best practice & learning experiences with peers to improve performance and boost team morale while working collaboratively

Location: Norwich based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £28,000

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Admin Support colleague to join our General Ledger Accounting and Financial Control team based in Norwich, within UKGI Finance with a focus on large corporate policies within our growing Healthcare business.
A bit about the job:
This role exists to support the Finance Operations team in delivering accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation for our large corporate healthcare clients. You’ll join a collaborative team that plays a key role in maintaining strong financial relationships with clients and ensuring smooth financial operations. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll help raise invoices, support credit control, and assist in resolving account discrepancies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their finance career who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving; able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Basic Excel skills (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple formulas) as well as an interest in finance, accounting, or business operations.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
