Are you ready to drive meaningful change?

Are you passionate about improving how change is delivered? Are you outcome-focused, with strong governance, controls and continuous improvement experience? Can you simplify complex information and build trusted stakeholder relationships?

If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a Change Transformation Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Delivery Change Delivery team, supporting transformation, governance and delivery excellence across our change portfolio. This role would suit someone with change delivery, transformation or continuous improvement experience, and a track record of improving processes and embedding controls.

A bit about the job:

As the Change Transformation Specialist, you'll drive transformation and continuous improvement across MDDE Change Delivery, simplifying delivery processes, strengthening governance and supporting clear, consistent reporting.

You'll improve frameworks, tooling and ways of working, helping teams adopt standardised practices and deliver more effectively. You'll support governance forums with concise reporting, clear decision-making and proactive risk and issue management.

You'll ensure new delivery engagements are ready to move into delivery, with resources, costs, forecasts, plans and dependencies agreed before work starts. Working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll validate readiness, support mobilisation and ensure smooth transitions into delivery.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience improving delivery processes, governance, controls and ways of working
  • Good understanding of delivery reporting, KPIs, risks, issues and governance forums
