A bit about the job 

You’ll join our Claims and Reinsurance Service team, helping to manage the administration of non-conventional claims for Commercial Lines. Your work will support accurate claims payments, data quality, and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes and timely settlements. It’s a great opportunity to learn about the wider insurance business and make a real impact. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• A keen eye for detail and a professional, proactive approach 

• Comfortable working within established processes, but confident to suggest improvements 

• Familiarity with standard software tools like Excel and Outlook 

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks 

• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

• Starting salary circa £25100  (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
