A bit about the job

You’ll assess and decide International Casualty claims directly from customers, managing the process from investigation and negotiation through to settlement. This role is critical to delivering fair outcomes and maintaining our reputation for excellence. You’ll join a dynamic team that handles complex, high-value claims across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in International Casualty claims handling, ideally within the London Market.

  • Strong technical knowledge of claims processes and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex cases accurately and efficiently.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Salary Circa £38,000, London: Circa £47,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
