Claims Lead - Professional Indemnity

A bit about the job:

This is a leadership role within our Professional Indemnity claims team, where you’ll guide a group of experienced handlers and help them thrive. You’ll oversee both Construction PI and Lloyd’s PI claims, making sure we deliver brilliant service through strong client relationships and expert claims handling. Working closely with underwriting, product, actuarial and risk teams, you’ll share insights and help shape strategy. You’ll also build a data and reporting framework to track performance and drive growth, while supporting new and renewal business propositions — including product wording reviews. It’s a role that blends technical expertise, strategic thinking and people leadership to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Strong experience handling complex construction PI claims in a lead capacity.

• Experience managing Lloyd’s claims.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and balance technical expertise with commercial thinking.

• Confident communicator and leader, with great stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory developments in PI.

• Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.
