A bit about the job

You'll join our PCW Home team, helping us deliver great customer and commercial outcomes in a highly competitive market. You'll shape product and trading strategies across our PCW Home brands, using customer, market and performance insights to identify opportunities for growth and profitable trading.

• Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Digital, Pricing and Operations.

• Create and deliver our product roadmap.

• Lead test-and-learn activity.

• Help bring new product opportunities to life.

You'll use data, customer feedback and market insight to identify improvements, influence decision-making, enhance customer experiences and support commercial performance. You'll also help ensure our products and processes meet regulatory requirements while championing the voice of the customer in everything we do.

Skills and experience we're looking for

• Experience in insurance, product management, trading or a related commercial role.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Experience using data, customer insight and market trends to support decision-making.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer and business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
