We’re looking for a Conduct Governance Manager to help ensure ALPI operates within Aviva’s conduct risk appetite and regulatory standards. In this role, you’ll deliver robust governance, assurance, and oversight of consumer and conduct risks, safeguarding customer outcomes and protecting Aviva’s reputation. You’ll work closely with the Senior Conduct Governance Manager to drive accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across frameworks and programmes. Duties and responsibilities
Support the preparation of Conduct Risk Reports and MI, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and escalated appropriately.
Manage risk event processes, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
Maintain compliance with CPC25 requirements.
Input into the development and improvement of the Consumer Protection Risk Assessment (CPRA) framework.
Assist with governance and oversight of the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) across ALPI.
Collaborate on assurance planning and maintain high-quality risk data in ICare and CRISS systems.
Skills and experience
Strong understanding of conduct risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience in risk reporting, governance, and assurance within financial services.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of CPC25 and consumer protection regulations.
Experience supporting regulatory engagement and remediation planning.
