A bit about the job:

This role sits within our Corporate Broker Solutions team, where you’ll support advisers with Group Protection queries and digital platform tasks. The work brings real value by helping brokers receive quick, accurate answers that keep deals moving. The team focuses on digital engagement, training, and clear communication to support our wider strategy. Insights you gather will guide account managers and strengthen how we work with broker partners. Most importantly, the role helps us deliver great outcomes and maintain the strong relationships we rely on.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Understanding of the Group Risk market, including Group Life, GIP and Group Critical Illness.
• Experience supporting broker or intermediary relationships.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to track, report and interpret data in a clear, accurate way.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms such as Salesforce.

• Starting salary circa £28,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
