We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the CRM Team aligned to Aviva’s Direct Wealth business.
You’ll work as part of an agile squad and be responsible for developing and executing CRM communication strategies that leverage, email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail to drive customer engagement.
A bit about the job:
In this role, you will collaborate with Adobe CRM, Go to Market, and Customer Science teams to design, implement, and manage CRM marketing plans. You will utilise and leverage customer insights and data analytics to segment audiences effectively, delivering timely and personalised communications that resonate with target groups. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences through market research will be key to shaping campaign strategies.
You will manage campaign assets through the financial promotion approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Performance analysis will be a core part of your responsibilities, using metrics and customer feedback to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategy. Working within an agile squad structure, you will participate in regular stand-ups and planning sessions, manage sprint tasks, and present campaign plans and results to stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management will be essential to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in consumer marketing, preferably within Pensions, Savings products or ISAs
Familiarity with regulatory & legislative requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and customer insights
Knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and techniques required to build effective and timely CRM campaigns.
Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
