A bit about the job:
- You’ll be part of our Business Support Team, helping internal administration teams deliver a smooth, accurate and timely service – especially during busy periods.
- You’ll support project work and assist our Customer Initiatives Team with key elements of the Customer Protection Code, including how we manage complaints.
- You’ll play a key role in improving how we work by spotting opportunities to enhance processes and helping to bring these changes to life.
- You’ll build strong relationships with teams across Aviva, making sure we understand what they need and support them in getting there.
- This is a great opportunity to broaden your product, process and systems knowledge in a supportive, collaborative environment.
We support flexible and hybrid working through Smart Working. You’ll need to live within commuting distance of our Dublin Cherrywood office, with future flexibility to transition to our One Park Place location as business needs evolve.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in financial services, ideally in an administrative or customer‑focused role.
- Knowledge of Life or Pension administration is helpful, but full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, great organisation skills and confidence using MS Office (especially Excel).
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach, with the ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a positive approach to helping colleagues and customers.
