This is a great job for someone who is ready to take a strategic role in transforming how a large organization talks to its customers. You'll use your experience in customer communications to simplify complex processes, drive engagement, and embed customer insight into everything you and your team do.
A bit about the job:
As a Customer Communications Outputs Lead, you’ll be at the heart of how we engage with customers after they've bought a product. You'll lead a team of 10-15 specialists to ensure our communications are clear and consistent, and you'll be accountable for making sure we meet all regulatory requirements. You'll play a key part in shaping our communication strategy for both our in-house and partner products. Your work will directly improve the customer experience and drive better outcomes for everyone.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading customer-focused communication strategies in a large organization.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, risk, and compliance.
- The ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and represent communications in important forums.
- Knowledge of tools like AI and behavioural science to make processes more efficient.
- A strategic mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Starting salary between £50,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
