Customer Experience Analyst
This is a great job for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering great service behind the scenes. You'll play an important role in ensuring business documents are processed accurately and made available digitally to colleagues across Aviva when they need them.
You'll join our Customer Experience team in Cherrywood, Dublin, helping to support efficient business operations through document management, quality processing, and excellent internal customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, scan, index and process business documents in line with agreed procedures and controls.
- Deliver work to a high standard of quality while meeting service level agreements and team targets.
- Support colleagues across the business by responding to queries and resolving document-related issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate incomplete, unclear or incorrectly routed documents to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team priorities as business needs evolve.

- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €32,000 and €36,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
