Customer Rectification Consultant - Salary up to £30.000

This Customer Rectification Consultant role that sits within the Product Governance Programme will respect customers’ interests in compliance with Aviva’s purpose and the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. 

The right candidate will have previous experience within a customer services role and knowledge/experience of the financial services industry. 

A bit about the job: 

Aviva has made a commitment to the regulator to ensure contractual issues are resolved for our customers. The C&P (Customer & Product) Product governance Programme ensures we fix Risk Events that are raised from a ‘tap off’ and rectification perspective. 

Daily tasks will include manipulating data files in Excel, producing mail merges, and drafting written communications for customers. The role also involves managing ad-hoc queries and liaising with Operational, Complaints, and outsource teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for case tracking and compiling Management Information, working closely with the Project Manager, Actuarial lead, and a variety of colleagues across UK Life. 

We require a Customer Rectification Consultant to support PG projects in delivering rectification activity in an efficient, timely and most importantly accurate way, thereby creating value for our customers. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Previous experience in manipulating and managing complex data sets 

• Excellent written communication ability. 

• Well organised and able to plan/prioritise effectively alongside a keen eye for detail 

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities. 

• Strong Word and Excel skills.
