Junior Technical Security Analyst  

Salary: Circa £30K 

Location: Bristol or Norwich

A bit about the job 

You’ll join Aviva’s UK & AVIN CISO Market Security Operations team, where we work to protect Aviva, our colleagues and our customers every day. 

 
In this role, you’ll help manage access, support data loss prevention activity, and work closely with internal cyber teams to keep our systems secure.  

You’ll also support risk assessments, access reviews and reporting that help leaders make informed decisions. 

 
It’s a role that combines technical learning, collaboration and real-world impact – with support to grow your skills as you go. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for 

• Experience or understanding of Active Directory and Entra, including user and group access management 

• Familiarity with IT access processes and ServiceNow, or similar tooling 

• A working understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools or processes 

• Awareness of IT risk management, including access reviews and impact assessments 

• Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate written material

• Salary: Circa £30K  (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
