Data, Reporting and Regulatory Manager
We’re looking for a Data, Reporting & Regulatory Manager to lead our data governance across ALPI and regulatory reporting agenda across the COO function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we meet our compliance obligations, deliver high-quality reporting and actionable insights, and maintain robust data governance. This pivotal role is all about enabling informed decision-making, improving customer outcomes, and supporting Aviva’s commitment to safe, transparent, and customer-focused services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and quality standards
- Own all regulatory reporting and oversight operational compliance activities, including CPC adherence, reporting and breach analysis
- Manage MI and performance reporting cycles, delivering clear and accurate insights to ExCo, Boards, Committees and regulators
- Oversee the Reporting, MI and insight deliverables and ensure consistent reporting of customer issues
- Act as operational sponsor for regulatory projects and deputise for the COO when needed
Skills & Experiences:
- Substantial experience working in Insurance / financial services operations, regulatory reporting, or data governance
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CBI, CPC, GDPR)
- Proven experience in MI development, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Experience working with regulators, auditors, and external consultants
