Salary: National £45,000 – £60,000/ London: £55,000 – £70,000

Locations: Glasgow, Perth, Norwich and London

We’re seeking a Data Quality Analyst to develop and maintain SQL-based data quality rules in DQPro, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The role involves close collaboration with business SMEs, building Power BI dashboards, and analysing data anomalies to drive improvements. Strong SQL, Power BI, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a passion for clean, reliable data.

A bit about the job:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SQL-based data quality rules in DQPro to monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and data owners to define rule logic and ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise data quality metrics and support business decision-making.
• Analyse rule outcomes, identify data anomalies, and work with teams to resolve root causes.
• Act as a liaison between data engineering, governance, and business teams to ensure data quality is embedded across the data lifecycle.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data profiling and validation.
• Hands-on experience with DQPro or similar data quality platforms.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for clean, reliable data and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Salary £45,000 - £60,000 for National and London £65,000 – £70,000 based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
