A bit about the job:
You’ll be joining the Finance Technology Platform team, which plays a vital role in enabling the movement and use of data across Aviva for operational, analytical, and regulatory purposes.
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead one or more data initiatives, working closely with IT and business colleagues to shape, plan, and deliver key programmes.
You’ll coordinate virtual teams, manage delivery governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your role will be central to maintaining momentum, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience managing large, complex, and technical projects, ideally within data or finance environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including agile ways of working
Experience coordinating technical and engineering resources across multi-site teams
Proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational and facilitation skills.
