Location: London, York, Bristol, Norwich or Eastleigh (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £45,000 (National) - circa £55,000 (London)
We are seeking a confident, commercially minded, and results-driven professional to join our Direct Protection Go-To-Market team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong B2C background who is ready to take on a delivery-focused role—leading the execution of go-to-market plans across our Digital estate, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring customer-focused solutions to life in a fast-paced environment.
A bit about the job:
This newly created role will support the acceleration of key initiatives across the Customer & Marketing (C&M) function, helping to ensure the Protection business is actively contributing to and benefiting from wider opportunities. Reporting to the Go-To-Market Journey Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving trading performance and supporting the delivery of integrated, insight-led activities that are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
You will collaborate across Data, Digital, and the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure campaign consistency, alignment, and activation across multiple channels. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is comfortable leading new initiatives and embracing emerging technologies to drive results.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving MyAviva activation by identifying and implementing new opportunities across the MyAviva platforms—including web, app, and decision hub—in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work alongside digital teams such as .co.uk, personalisation, and DOTs to uncover and activate new digital trading opportunities.
You will also support the integration of emerging technologies within the Protection business, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AI-driven solutions, to enhance digital capabilities. By leveraging econometrics and performance data, you will generate actionable insights that optimise marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Additionally, you will ensure that Protection is prominently represented in multi-product campaigns and maintains strong visibility across all marketing platforms to support MPH target delivery.
The skills and experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a commercially driven B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, results-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing integrated, direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
