A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Customer & Marketing Digital team, helping us deliver safe and effective digital experiences for our customers. Your role ensures we meet risk management obligations and maintain a strong risk culture. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding teams on best practice and supporting governance forums. You’ll provide assurance to senior leaders and help shape risk strategies that protect our customers and business. Ultimately, you’ll make sure risk management is embedded across our digital operations.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in governance or risk roles ideally within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of risk management practices and UK financial services regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and deliver to deadlines with the ability to coach, lead and train a team.

• National salary: circa £75,000, London salary: circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
