Starting Salary: c. £60,000 Depending on skills and experience
Location: Open to all UK offices excluding London & Scotland with 50% office attendance
This is a great role for someone who is an experienced Product Owner with a passion for marketing technology and customer engagement, looking to play a key role in a large-scale transformation programme. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in agile environments, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and using technology and data to deliver more personalised, impactful customer experiences.A bit about the job:
You’ll join our Marketing Technologies team, delivering an industry-leading martech stack as part of a multi-year customer and marketing transformation. The role exists to help shift Aviva towards more customer-focused, needs-led outcomes by enabling more timely, relevant and personalised communications. As Product Owner, you’ll be accountable for the delivery, vision and roadmap of the martech platform, working closely with Marketing, IT, Data and other teams to maximise value. You’ll manage and prioritise the product backlog, coordinate agile delivery and build strong stakeholder relationships to shape requirements and continuously improve customer outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience as Product Owner, or similar role who is focused on maximising value for our customers, in marketing technologies products.
- Hands on experience of implementing new marketing technologies especially Adobe products (Adobe Experience Platform, Target, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Analytics).
- Ability to actively drive and maintain product roadmaps by collaborating with the Product Manager.
- Experienced champion of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within teams and stakeholders.
- Experience of shaping propositions from the start and seeing them through to successful completion.

- Starting salary c. £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
