A bit about the job
We’re looking for a Digital Tagging Analyst to help us unlock deeper customer insights and improve marketing performance. You’ll be part of our Customer Marketing – Data & MarTech team, working across Aviva UK brands. This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation, supporting tagging and tracking needs using Adobe Launch. You’ll help ensure accurate data collection and support integrations with other marketing platforms. It’s a hands-on role with real impact across our digital journeys.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and governance of tags using Aviva’s strategic tag management solutions
Collaborate with analytics, digital, marketing, and developer teams to define and deploy tracking requirements to support digital journey and marketing performance metrics
Troubleshoot tagging issues and validate data collection across app and web
Proactively maintain and enhance MarTech’s solution design architecture
Liaise with internal data controllers to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Experience with Adobe Launch or similar tag management systems (Tealium, GTM)
Familiarity with debugging tools like Omnibug, Charles, or Adobe Debugger with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GA4)
Awareness of risk and regulatory environments, GDPR and cookie consent frameworks
Prior experience working in a Marketing/Digital focused role would be preferred, matched with a passion for web and data-based technologies

Salary circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
