Divisional Manager – Salary from £98,500

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in wealth distribution, who is ready to lead from the front, develop others, and drive meaningful growth through the delivery of others.   This role is to lead our East & Scotland Division.   Travel in the East of England up to and including Scotland would be required.  

A bit about the job: 

In this role, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers focused on growing and retaining business across the Aviva Advised Platform. You will play a key role in shaping the team's strategy, building strong relationships with distributors, and delivering profitable growth. Working across Wealth Distribution and wider business teams, you will bring insight, energy and direction to help meet customer needs and financial goals in line with regulatory guidance.  This role combines leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on engagement to drive results through others. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:  

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales or distribution teams with the ability to build and influence senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally 
• Strong understanding of the wealth market, including intermediary business models and trends 
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with a focus on delivering through others 
• Track record of delivering against growth and financial targets in a regulated environment. 
• Recognised QCF Level 4 qualification i.e. Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and membership of a Professional Body or equivalent e.g. CII, PFS etc is essential.

• Starting salary from £98,500 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
