A bit about the job:

As an Expense Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping how we manage and optimise our cost base. You’ll be responsible for providing deep financial insight into expense trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and supporting investment decisions that align with our strategic goals. Working closely with senior leaders across finance and business units, you’ll deliver high-impact analysis and recommendations that support sustainable growth.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that values agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key decisions at the heart of the business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in cost management, forecasting, and business partnering within a complex organisation
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models and translate data into actionable insights
• Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Commercially astute with a proactive, curious mindset and a strong understanding of cost management principles
• Experience of working in a large financial services organisation is a plus

• Starting salary between £75,000 and £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
