Location: Norwich, York or Bristol based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £75,000

A bit about the job:
You'll join the Technology Finance team, supporting significant investment across technology change, cyber security, AI and business transformation programmes. The role exists to ensure investment decisions are financially robust, strategically aligned and deliver value for Aviva. You'll partner with Technology and Change leaders to provide insight, challenge and commercial guidance throughout the investment lifecycle. You'll be accountable for financial planning, investment appraisal, forecasting and benefits tracking across a large portfolio of change activity. You'll also lead and develop a small team while maintaining strong financial governance and control.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives, with exposure to technology change and the ability to understand financial data and use it to support decision-making.
- Strong commercial and financial management experience, with a track record of partnering through change and delivering business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and navigate competing priorities.
- Good understanding of technology and its commercial drivers, combined with a collaborative and results-focused approach.
