Financial Systems Change Analyst
Location: Norwich, Sheffield or York
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a great job for someone who is eager to be involved in ensuring that the systems we use constantly improve and protect our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to gain further experience delivering change covering the systems Aviva relies on to control our financial crime risk, as well as get an early foot into the growing field of financial crime prevention and management systems, with the opportunity to pursue ICA qualifications in this field.
A bit about the job:
The successful candidate will support changes to the financial crime system, Fenergo Fen-X version. They will work with business stakeholders to review requests for updates, assess these, and help explain and present the findings.

- The effort involved, who needs to be involved and when and the cost
- The priority of these, against a wider book of change work
- A recommendation of if and when the change should occur
The successful applicant will own or support the delivery of the change, providing expert guidance to ensure that all involved parties are clear on what is required and the delivery is completed to a high standard. They will monitor and review the change once delivered ensuring that it has met requirements and where not that lessons are learnt and adopted.
Out of hours work will be required on occasion (on average once every other month)
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong IT literacy.
- Experience in delivering change.
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify root cause and present options and recommendations on how to resolve this.
- Stakeholder management skills, able to present and conveys recommendations, even where these are difficult.
- Self starter with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

- Starting salary between £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
