Do you want to play a key role in developing innovative GenAI capabilities while working as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team?
This role would suit a software engineer with strong DevSecOps and cloud-native experience who is ready to combine hands-on engineering with AI innovation, or someone looking to take the next step into GenAI platform development.

Working closely with architecture, data science, engineering and business teams, you’ll help deliver solutions that drive innovation and real impact.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong software engineering experience, including building microservices and API-driven systems
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
Experience with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD and secure-by-design approaches
Cloud-native expertise (AWS, Azure and/or Kubernetes/EKS) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
An understanding of monitoring, observability and security in production systems, with a willingness to learn and apply GenAI concepts such as LLM integration and prompt engineering
