A bit about the job:
As GenAI Portfolio Manager for General Insurance, you’ll lead the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of generative AI initiatives across Aviva’s GI business.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team focused on embedding AI into core functions like underwriting, claims, fraud detection, and customer engagement.
Your work will enable smarter automation, better customer outcomes, and sustainable growth. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of GenAI projects, making sure they align with business goals, regulatory standards, and Aviva’s values.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in programme or portfolio management, ideally within data, AI, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and how they apply in business
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Experience in governance, risk management, and ethical AI deployment
Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
