A bit about the job:

In this role, you’ll work across international markets to support new product launches, strengthen controls, and embed compliance in a way that enables innovation. You’ll partner with senior leaders and teams across the UK and globally, influencing decisions and shaping frameworks that keep us competitive and aligned with regulatory standards.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in regulatory requirements and governance processes, ideally across multiple jurisdictions

• Strong organisational skills, including agenda planning, meeting coordination and driving actions to completion

• Confident communicator with the ability to present complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders

• Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse teams and geographies

• Comfortable working with compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and embedding controls that enable business growth

• Knowledge of insurance is required
