Guidance & Advice Solutions Lead – Salary National circa £80,000/London circa £90,000 London (DOE)

Location – London, Bristol, Norwich, York 

Aviva is seeking a dynamic Guidance & Advice Solutions Lead to help shape the future of financial guidance and advice for our customers.

A bit about the job: 

You will lead the design and delivery of Aviva’s guidance, targeted support, and digital advice solutions. Working closely with Proposition, Technical, and Digital teams—as well as external partners—you’ll connect business needs with technology to create innovative, market-leading solutions. You’ll be accountable for delivering scalable, high-quality propositions that achieve strong commercial results and provide exceptional value for customers across the guidance and regulated advice spectrum.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of the advice and guidance market, including competitors and products. 

• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. 

• Experience translating complex business problems into actionable requirements. 

• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. 

• A passion for delivering great customer outcomes and driving innovation.

• Salary National circa £80,000/London circa £90,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
