A bit about the job:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the transformation agenda across Investment Operations, leading a team of around 25 FTE. You’ll provide visible and inspiring change leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that improve processes, controls, and customer outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll shape and execute change that aligns with Aviva’s long-term goals, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence. You’ll also ensure the team is equipped to respond to regulatory and market developments, while building future-ready capabilities and a high-performing culture.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading change in investment operations or unit pricing within a UK insurance environment
- Strong leadership skills – able to inspire, guide and grow a team of ~25 people
- Confident working with senior stakeholders to co-create and embed change
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments and risk management
- Continuous improvement mindset delivering innovation and industry best practice

- Starting salary circa £110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
