We have a unique opportunity for a Head of Finance Integration Office to join our senior leadership team. This is a great job for someone who is a senior finance leader with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for driving transformation.

A bit about the job:

This role leads the Finance Integration Management Office a major transformation programme. Being responsible for delivering value, working across multiple workstreams to identify, track and realise benefits. You’ll provide strategic financial insight, challenge business cases, and ensure robust cost tracking. You’ll also lead a team of four and work closely with UK General Insurance and Group Exec stakeholders. It’s a high-impact role at the heart of Aviva’s transformation and you’ll thrive if you enjoy working across complex programmes, influencing senior stakeholders and leading a high-performing team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading finance teams within complex change programmes, ideally in General Insurance or Financial Services
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders across business and group functions
• Strong technical expertise in financial planning, cost optimisation and delivery across complex change initiatives
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and their application in financial governance and programme assurance
• Ability to challenge business cases and drive strategic decisions through advanced financial modelling and data-driven insights

• National Salary Circa £100,000, London Salary Circa £115,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
