A bit about the job:

You'll lead the trading performance of Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident across our Car and Home insurance products. Working within our Retail business, you'll be accountable for delivering growth, profitability and great customer outcomes. You'll bring together teams from across pricing, underwriting, digital, claims and analytics to make sure we're making the right commercial decisions. You'll lead our trading strategy, spot opportunities for improvement and help shape the future of our digital insurance business. You'll also play a key role in how we use AI and data to make faster, smarter decisions for our customers and business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience leading commercial, trading or performance teams within general insurance.

• A deep understanding of the UK personal lines insurance market.

• Experience using data and insight to improve growth, profitability and customer outcomes.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across multiple teams.

• Experience developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
