A bit about the job:
You will lead on our Third Party (TP) Motor Claims strategy across both personal and commercial lines. You’ll be responsible for a team of around 200 people, delivering great customer outcomes while managing indemnity spend. You’ll also work closely with senior leaders across Aviva to align claims with our commercial goals, as your decisions will shape how we support customers and drive performance. It’s a role that blends leadership, strategy, and operational delivery.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven leadership in TP motor claims, with strong commercial awareness
Experience managing large teams and complex operations within a claims / insurance settin
Deep knowledge of indemnity management and claims strategy
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A passion for innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
