As Head of Transformation & Service, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our change strategy. You’ll lead a portfolio of AI-driven transformation projects, ensuring they deliver lasting value and elevate customer experience. This role is pivotal in aligning change delivery with Aviva’s strategic IT and architectural priorities.

A bit about the job:

As a Head of Transformation & Service you will be responsible for:

• Continuously track and validate functionality and benefits to ensure long-term impact of delivered change
• Senior stakeholder management and reporting across the CIO/COO communities including the Markets
• Manage project resourcing of up to ~50 FTEs, ensuring delivery within budget.
• Execute effective governance, across the portfolio 
• Set the strategic focus, expectations across the change delivery portfolio, aligned to Aviva’s architectural IT priorities

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including Executive and Board level reporting
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate and leverage partnerships for optimal outcomes.
• Accountability for large complex portfolios/programmes of work.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment as it pertains to AI, IT, Cyber and Data risk within financial services

• National salary £100,000 - £125,000 and London salary £125,000 - £150,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
