We’re seeking a strategic Programme Manager to drive a global Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation. This role would suit an experienced Programme Manager with a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), who’s excited to drive change across a complex, global organisation.

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead a global IAM transformation programme using SailPoint, coordinating distributed teams and third-party vendors. The role involves managing governance, risk, budgets, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and business continuity. You’ll engage senior stakeholders across IT, compliance, audit, HR, and business units to define objectives, negotiate terms, and ensure strategic alignment. As a leader, you’ll coach junior members of the team and support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Lead a global Identity access management programme, replacing legacy systems and improving identity lifecycle processes using Sailpoint
  • Bring cyber experience in IAM delivery, including SailPoint, Zero Trust, and privileged access management.
  • Deliver the programme using the Aviva change framework, ensuring strong governance, programme planning, budget oversight, risk management, and reporting.
  • Manage and coach distributed teams and third-party vendors to drive consistent delivery .
  • Engage senior stakeholders across IT functions, and business units through appropriate governance forums to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Starting salary between c. £75k and c. £100k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
