Implementation Manager (Bulk Purchase Annuity – BPA)  

Norwich or York – from £33,000, depending on experience and location

A bit about the job: 

 

You’ll join our growing BPA team in Norwich or York, where we support trustees and employers of Defined Benefit schemes, helping them manage risk and deliver great service. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of new schemes, working closely with consultants and trustees. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with internal and external teams, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. 

 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

  • Experience with Defined Benefit pensions is essential – i.e., if you are in a DB / BPA administration role and keen for your next career move.  

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal 

  • Great at building relationships and working with others 

  • Comfortable working with large data sets
