A bit about the job:
This role supports SME broker partners and helps them deliver great outcomes for customers by providing clear, responsive guidance. The position sits within our Group Protection team, a group that works closely with brokers to keep things simple and supportive. The focus is on creating a smooth experience by handling queries, sharing helpful information, and making digital processes easier to use. A key part of the job involves supporting the brokers to adopt the Aviva Rate Review Process as well as ensuring a seamless experience on the Digital Platform. The role also carries responsibility for managing an adviser panel and strengthening relationships across our broker network.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong telephony capability.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within support, service, or contact‑centre environments.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and brokers.
- Confident using digital tools and supporting others to use them effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

- Starting salary circa £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.)
