We’re looking for a communications expert and trusted advisor, responsible for delivering communications that build pride, engagement, and connection across the market’s 9,000 colleagues. You’ll partner with the wider Internal Communications team to tell our market story Aviva-wide, and work on creating world-class campaigns, feeding in perspectives and needs, and tailoring/amplifying them for audiences.

  • Engaging and working with our communications network, preparing agendas for meetings, creating engaging packs for use in business areas and providing advice and guidance, working on strategic initiatives and curating content.

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders

  • Experience delivering large communication campaigns and plans, across multiple channels and audiences, that have had a measurable impact

  • Understanding of the role for communications, the benefits and drawbacks of key employee communications channels, and ability to formulate outcome-based integrated plans

  • Evidence of budget and supplier management, with ability to write simple and clear briefs
