Investment Manager (Workplace)
Salary: up to £55k for York / c. £75k for London

A bit about the job:
You’ll join our Customer Investments team, helping to shape the investment strategy across our customer funds for Workplace / Pensions products. We’re focused on delivering great financial outcomes while embedding ESG and climate transition considerations into everything we do. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting proposition development and ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty. It’s a role with real influence – and real purpose.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A deep understanding of investment markets and performance drivers relevant to multi-asset funds, gained through experience with pension funds, insurance companies, investment consultants, and/or asset managers.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex investment data and develop practical solutions, thanks to working within a sizable / large business.
Excellent ability to manage a range of projects successfully, working to deadlines and managing stakeholder relationships seamlessly.
Broad asset class knowledge, including both liquid and illiquid markets (e.g., equities, fixed income, property, private debt).
Professional qualifications such as CFA or IMC are desirable. ESG-related credentials would be an advantage.

Salary between £55,000 and £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
