IT Operations Specialist – SaaS  

Salary: £45000–£55000 

Locations: Glasgow, Perth, Norwich

A bit about the job: 

You’ll be part of our SaaS IT team, supporting platforms across Commercial Lines.

From managing incidents and access to ensuring smooth deployments and platform stability, you’ll play a key role in keeping our digital estate running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with vendors, analysts, and delivery leads to resolve issues and improve service performance – all while building internal capability and confidence. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Strong understanding of SaaS infrastructure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging, automation) 

• Experience with cloud platforms and incident resolution workflows 

• Ability to interpret code and automation logic to diagnose and resolve system issues 

• Familiarity with access management, SSO and Entra ID 

• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
