We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator who’s passionate about delivering a high‑quality customer experience and providing reliable, hands‑on IT support. Based onsite at our Dublin Cherrywood office, then moving to One Park Place this role is central to ensuring our colleagues have the technology support they need to do their best work. You’ll work across a broad range of service desk activities, supporting users both remotely and on site, including senior stakeholders. It’s a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to business users via phone, email, in person and through the ticketing system, resolving queries and fulfilling requests.
  • Deliver on‑site support to executives and other priority customers, including desk‑side and service bar support where required.
  • Take ownership of incidents and requests through to resolution, escalating to third‑party support teams when appropriate.
  • Support hardware build, distribution and asset management, including the ordering and recharge of non‑standard equipment.
  • Ensure IT controls are followed and operate effectively, keeping risks within Aviva’s agreed tolerance levels.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Good understanding of IT support processes such as incident management and request management.
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows 11, Intune and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
