Junior Underwriting Support Administrator

You’ll provide essential support to our Operations and Underwriting Teams, helping us deliver excellent service to brokers and customers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Operations and Underwriting Teams to deliver high-quality service to brokers and customers.
Help drive performance and retention across new and existing commercial insurance business.
Build strong relationships with brokers and collaborate across internal teams.
Contribute to a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with agreed service standards and risk controls.
Skills & Experiences:
A collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills, focused on driving team success.
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
Strong commitment to compliance and risk management, with familiarity with insurance systems and processes considered a plus but not required.
Willingness to complete APA or CIP qualification and commit to ongoing development.
