Leadership Development Facilitator – Salary circa £80,000

12-month Fixed Term Contract

Start date: mid-November

Preference is either for the successful candidates to be based in Perth or willing to regularly travel to Perth for 4 days a week.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping leaders grow. You’ll join our Leadership Development team, delivering workshops that support leaders across Aviva. These sessions range from core programmes to bespoke boosters and team effectiveness workshops. You’ll also coach and support our internal faculty members. Your role will be key in shaping confident, capable leaders who make a real difference.

A bit about the job:

You will be expected to facilitate a combination of live and virtual workshops. In the main these will be workshops from our core and new leadership development programmes with participants from across Aviva with various levels of leadership experience. There will opportunities to deliver other learning and leadership workshops based on business need, such as skills boosters or leadership team effectiveness.  

• From time to time, you will partner with members of a business faculty, providing them with guidance, coaching and feedback. 

• You will be required to deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful leadership development sessions you will need to travel to Perth for 4 nights a week for the next 24 months.

• Bring in personal business and leadership insights to enrich the learning experience. 

• Collaborate with different members of our business and People Function faculty to create effective co-delivery. 

• Provide coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their leadership skills. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes as a consultant or as an in-house development specialist.
• Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and live settings.
• Excellent listening and feedback skills.
• Confidence in preparing and adapting content quickly, qualified to use a range of tools and techniques that bring insight to individuals and teams to help them develop.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salary circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
