We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Risk Claims Team in our Dublin Cherrywood office as a Life Claims Administrator. This team is responsible for the assessment and administration of Life Claims ensuring our customers receive the support they need.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall administration of new life claims.
  • Assessment of medical evidence in order to determine validity of claim.
  • Management of existing claims, including ongoing correspondence and including contact with customers, brokers and solicitors.
  • Setting up of claim payments ensuring Service level and CPC requirements are met.
  • Assisting with the administration of post and indexing across the team.
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Good product knowledge of Life, Pensions and Savings & investment products.
  • Previous experience in Life & Pensions, preferably working in a claims or monies out capacity.
  • QFA Qualification advantageous, APA qualification at minimum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate customer empathy and sensitivity.
