We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our Existing Business Claims team. This team supports customers with savings policies, including encashments and maturities. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, learning core processes, and helping us improve how we work. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to grow in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn and carry out a range of administration tasks related to savings policies, including full and part encashments and policy maturities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely service to customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Log and resolve errors or complaints, identifying root causes and supporting actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the Team Leader and colleagues with urgent or complex cases, contributing to team success.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
