A bit about the job:
You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our Motor Insurance Database Helpdesk. From police forces to brokers and customers, you’ll support a wide range of people with their motor insurance queries. You’ll help make sure vehicle data is accurate and up to date, keeping our roads safer and our records compliant. You’ll join a supportive team that’s known across the industry for being best in class.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator with a warm, empathetic phone manner
- Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools at once
- A passion for delivering brilliant customer service
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Basic MS Excel and Office skills

- Starting salary circa £25100 (depending on location, skills, and experience)
